Cancellation Policy for Dangar Falls Lodge
At Dangar Falls Lodge, we strive to provide our guests with an exceptional and seamless experience. To ensure clarity and fairness in our cancellation policy, we have established the following guidelines:
1. Cancellation Period: Guests are entitled to a full refund if they cancel their reservation three days or more prior to the scheduled check-in date. This policy applies to all room types and packages.
2. Refund Process: Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7-10 business days, and the amount will be credited back via your bank details that you provide. Please note that any transaction fees incurred during the booking process are non-refundable.
3. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within three days of the scheduled check-in date will not be eligible for a refund. The full booking amount will be charged to the guest’s credit card. This policy is in place to compensate for the potential loss of revenue due to the limited time available to rebook the cancelled room.
4. No-Shows: Guests who do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice will be considered as “no-shows.” In such cases, the full booking amount will be charged, and the reservation will be cancelled.
5. Modification Policy: Guests are allowed to modify their reservation dates, subject to availability, without incurring any additional charges. Modifications must be requested at least three days before the original check-in date.
6. Extenuating Circumstances: Dangar Falls Lodge understands that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In the event of emergencies or unavoidable situations, guests are encouraged to contact our reservations team for consideration on a case-by-case basis.
